Program Overview

Online Exercise + Yoga sessions is combination short bursts of intense exercise + Yoga with less duration of rest or lower intensity exercise. 

The session will be of 1 hour. It's split up into 4 parts including:

  • The warm up (10 minutes)
  • High intensity workout (15 minutes)
  • Floor exercises (25 minutes)
  • Cool down in last 10 minutes
